In celebration of Cinco De Mayo tomorrow and my 7th wedding Anniversary I am in the mood for some clean healthy celebrating! I cannot believe that we will be married 7 years tomorrow! WOW! Time sure flies by when you are having FUN! 3 kiddies later and my life couldn't be better! To think it all started at an Anti Valentines day party 10 years ago! <br />

<br /> Adapted from Happy, Healthy, Life<br /> recipe makes 2<br /><br /> 3 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen<br /><span class="text_exposed_show">1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen<br /> 2 tablespoons real maple syrup or honey<br /> Zest from 2 limes<br /> Juice from 2 limes (about 4 tablespoons)<br /> 1/2 cup water<br /><br /><br /> Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding more water as needed to keep the mixture moving. For margaritas: add 3-4 shots of silver tequila (but you didn't hear it from me)</span></div>
