Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
12 oz. fresh cranberries
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 medium cinnamon stick
1 large orange (using the zest)
1 cup water
Procedure:
Prepare your sauce pan and add all ingredients, turn on the oven and set the heat to medium-high. Cook for around 30-40 minutes. Let it simmer till thick. The longer it s simmering, the thicker it gets. Stir as often as possible so it won't stick at the bottom of the pot. Make sure you also do not simmer for too long as the sauce will burn. Once you achieved the desired thickness, remove from the heat and cool. Enjoy!
