And the pumpkin season continues!
People go crazy over this season. Before you start carving one up to put on
your porch for Halloween, grab a few small ones to use this week!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
2 cups pumpkin seeds
3 tsp olive oil
cayenne pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
Clean seeds and toss with olive
oil and spices. Spread it on the baking sheet and bake for 325 degrees for
30-45 minutes. Toss it occasionally.
