Clean Eating Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino
Fall season is coming! Get your ingredients ready for the perfect clean eating Pumpkin spice Frappuccino :) This is clean, gluten free and vegan!
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups of cold coffee
1 and 1/4 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
3 tbsp of maple syrup or stevia
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of cloves
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
light whipped cream
Procedure:
Prepare your brewed coffee. Prepare this overnight so it's very cold in the morning. It's a must.
Then in a small bowl whisk the milk, pumpkin, stevia, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg till well combined. Pour into ice cube tray and allow for the mixture to freeze. Prep this overnight too.
Once you have the cold coffee and frozen mixture cubes. Add all of it in a blender and blend till very smooth! Add more milk according to your taste or according to the smoothness that you prefer. Add more spices too if needed, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
