Clean Eating Granola Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups mixed grains (you may use oats as well)
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon (ground)
Method:
Preheat over 325 degrees F
Mix grains and walnuts in a mixing bowl and for the other ingredients, mix it all in a bowl
Then mix the wet and dry ingredients. Mix it well till the dry ingredients is well covered with the wet ingredients and evenly coated.
Once that’s done, scoop the granola mixture into your parchment paper (i like to scoop it so it look like cookies) then bake for about 45-60 minutes. Watch it over so it doesn’t burn. You know it is done when it feels dry and with a nice color of golden brown. Cool and enjoy.
