Watermelon Frozen Yogurt Pops
Smoothies on a stick. These wonderful goodies are perfect for your summer. These are protein-packed Greek yogurt, has watermelon and berries in it - just perfect. High in Vitamin C and Antioxidants!
Ingredients
2.3 cups watermelon (cut into cubes)
1 cup berries (diced)
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup sweetener of choice, in this case stevia
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients until well blended. Pour the mixture in popsicle molds. Freeze for 4 hours or more until they are firm. Enjoy! Yum!
