Clean Eating Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 egg and 1 egg white, whisked
Half an avocado
Salsa or chopped tomatoes
Scoop of plain greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat skillet to medium heat and scramble your eggs according to your liking.
2. Place tortilla in skillet and add in all the ingredients and fold it into a burrito!
3. Hold together and cool until golden brown and flip and cook the other side of the burrito.
4. Serve and enjoy!
