ALMOND BUTTER STUFFED DATES WITH CHOCOLATE
Ingredients:
10 Medjool dates
2-3 tablespoon almond butter
1/4 cups peanuts (or nut of choice)
1/2 cup (about 4 oz) vegan dark chocolate
- Cut the dates open to remove the pit.
- Fill inside with the almond butter and nut inside then put the dates back together.
- Melt the dark chocolate which you can do using a microwave or a double boiler or a small sauce pot on the stove. Then dip the dates in the melted chocolate. Let it rest and allow the chocolate to set and harden. Enjoy!
