Pumpkin Choco Chip Energy Bites





Ingredients:

1 cup old-fashioned oats (there are gluten free ones too!)
2 scoops of vanilla Shakeology
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp Truvia or any sweetener that you prefer
1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts)
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (i prefer dark)


Method:

In a bowl mix oats, Shakelogy powder, cinnamon and sweetener of choice. Add in the puree and nuts and fold in the choco chips! Now the fun part, roll the dough into inch size balls.
