Chocolate Banana Freezer Pie
Ingredients:
5 small ripe bananas, peeled and chopped to small pieces
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup light coconut milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 baked Pie Crust, use the nut variation with peanuts
2 tbsp unsalted dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1 oz dark chocolate (70% or greater), finely chopped
Method:
In a food processor combine bananas, cocoa, coconut milk and vanilla.
Blend well. Make sure you scrape the sides to get all the goodness in!
Pour the mixture in the baked pie crust and sprinkle with toppings on top that you lile.
Cover with a plastic wrape and freeze overnight. Enjoy!
