Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Bark
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups dark chocolate chips
⅓ cup pomegranate seeds
⅓ cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add half of the dark chocolate chips in a microwave bowl, cook for 5-6 minutes. Make sure you stir in between until it is melted. You may add in a bowl of water inside the microwave too to keep the chocolate from burning. Or if like, you may use a double boiler in melting the chocolate.
Prepare your baking sheets with parchment paper.
Pour the melted dark chocolate into the linked baking sheet and spread the chocolate evenly, the thickness or thinness depends on your liking.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top and shredded coconut on the chocolate (enlist your kids to do this! Should be fun!)
Place the baking trays in the freezer until hard.
Break the chocolate into pieces and enjoy!
