Crunchy Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip
There are days when you are craving and only something sweet and creamy will do. There is no need to give in to sweet, sugary stuff, instead have this clean eating dip in handy and your sweet cravings will be satisfied!
So easy to make. Guilt free to take!!
Ingredients:
½ cup Greek yogurt, fat free, plain
¼ cup natural peanut butter, crunchy recommended
How to make
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, mix, refrigerate until ready to eat.
Serve with your favorite fruits like organic apples or grapes or bananas!! yum!
