Green Energy Smoothie
Are you in need of a new breakfast buddy? This clean eating smoothie is quick, easy and loaded with the right amount of protein + energy that will keep you going and going and going! This is suitable as a post workout drink OR energy breakfast stable.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla shakeology
2 tbsp almond butter
1 handful fresh baby spinach
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup water or coconut water (yum!)
What to do:
1. Chop banana into smaller pieces
2. Add banana, vanilla Shakeology, almond butter, spinach and cinnamon into the blender and cup of water.
3. Blend to create magic!
4. Add more water if you want thinner consistency.
5. Serve and sprinkle with cinnamon on top! Enjoy :)
