Clean-Eating Cobb Salad
A Cobb salad without any bacon? Yes!!
This clean eating Cobb salad is made with whole food and is so delicious you won't mind there aren't any bacon in it.
Ingredients:
6 cups chopped romaine heart letture
2 ripe avocados sliced in smaller pieces
1 split chicken breast, cooked, skin removed and cut into cubes
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced please!
Dressing
1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon agave nectar or maple syrup
sea salt to taste
black pepper
How to do it:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Combine dressing in a separate bowl then drizzle it on top of the veggies. Done and enjoy :)
