Super Berry Smoothie
Do you want to start your morning off right? The perfect way to do it is with this Clean Eating Super Berry Smoothie that's packed with nutrients and delicious flavor! Less than 5 minutes in prep and you're good to go!
Here's what you need:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds (but grind them first!)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
