Healthy protein banana bread
Banana bread is a classic recipe and a great way to use over ripe bananas. I love love love banana bread. So much that the entire loaf can be gone in a day! I am only telling the truth here! I enjoy banana bread for breakfast with some peanut butter on top or for dessert with a couple chocolate chips! A lot of banana bread recipes are similar to cake. Most contain an overload of sugar, butter, or milk. I like to lighten up my banana bread up so I can feel good about eating it all day long. This turned out just as good and I don't feel horrible for eating it... even if it is the whole pan. (No... don't do that)

1/3 cup of oats
2 tbsp brown sugar
drizzling of honey
sprinkle of brown sugar
Directions: Preheat to 350 degrees
Mix dry bread ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Add bananas, whites, egg whites, and greek yogurt. Mix well!
Step 2:
Spray a bread pan with nonstick spray.
Pour mixed ingredients into the pan.
Step 3:
In the same bowl
mix topping ingredients with clean hands.
The topping should clump together.
Sprinkle topping over the bread mixture.
Step 4:
Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes,
to until a toothpick comes clean!
Topping will be gooey but the bread will be clean and solid!
ENJOY!!
