Fall breakfast delight
I made this delicious pumpkin breakfast dish this week! Since I love pumpkin everything I had to share with all of you! So simple and easy! Not to mention clean and healthy too!
Fall Delight
1/4 cup uncooked, steel cut oats
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp pumpkin butter or almond butter...
1/4 cup cooked pumpkin, unsweetened
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds, shelled and unsalted
Combine first 5 ingredients, mix well. Top with pumpkin seeds.
