This Spring my calendar is  booked with events from birthday parties (Charleigh will be one!!), baby showers, bridal events and Easter  is right around the corner!! But one thing that is non-negotiable for me is my  fitness and nutrition! In order to keep up with this busy schedule, spend time  with my family, have the energy to run around with my children and hang out with my  friends I need to put my health and fitness first! As a busy wife and mom I want  to show you how you can also have a healthy balance in your life  too!!</span></div>
