You can enlist your kids to help you out.<br /> <br /> <b>Ingredients</b>:<br /> <br /> 1½ cups coconut milk<br /> 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar<br /> 1 tsp vanilla extract<br /> 1 cup blueberries can be fresh or frozen<br /> <br /> <br /> <b>Method</b>:<br /> <br /> Prepare your blender, add in coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Blend till very smooth.<br /> Add the blueberries and pulse till they're smashed but you still can see bits of the berries in it.<br /> Get your popsicle molds and freeze it! Enjoy!
