In a food processor or hi-speed blender add in coconut milk, frozen mangoes and maple syrup and process till it is very creamy like a soft-served ice cream. Scoop it into serving dishes.<br /> 2. For the sauce - you may puree the ingredients all together in a food processor (you may do this beforehand) then add on top of the ice cream when serving. Enjoy!
