So don't throw away those blackened bananas please - those are perfect. ;)</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Freeze the bananas atleast 4 hours. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">cacao powder</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">cacao nibs </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">almonds</span></li> </ol> <br /> <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">How To:</span><br /> <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /></span> <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">1. Get your frozen bananas, defrost them for 5-10 minutes. </span><br /> <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">2. Add to your blender and blend away to the consistency that you want.</span><br /> <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">3. Add in cacao powder and blend.</span><br /> <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">4.
