To make the crust, prepare the 8 1/2 inch springform pan, add a parchment paper. Combine all ingredients with 1 tbsp. of water and add them all in a food processor. Process till fine, press it into the pan. Keep in refrigerator, freeze it for at least 4 hours.<br /> <br /> 2. For the filling, add all ingredients in food processor or a blender will do as well. Combine till smooth. Pour into the crust. Refrigerate to set for atleast 6 hours and enjoy after.<br /> <br />

Make sure you scrape the sides to get all the goodness in!<br /> Pour the mixture in the baked pie crust and sprinkle with toppings on top that you lile.<br /> Cover with a plastic wrape and freeze overnight.
