Bullet proof Hot Chocolate

Fall is here in PA, Winding and chilly at times but, beautiful watching the leaves change colors. I was having a craving for something warm and chocolately. I have been avoiding dairy and avoid artificial flavors like the plague. Bring water and coconut to a boil in a small saucepan.<br /> 2. Mix together with the remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl.<br /> 3. Blend with emersion blender or hand mixer until frothy<br /> 4. Transfer to your favorite mug and ENJOY!<br /> <br /> <br />

Preheat oven to 350 degrees<br /> 2. Spray a metal loaf tin with oil spray of choice (we used coconut oil spray)<br /> 3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon. The mixture will be very sticky and thick.<br /> 4. Transfer the mixture into the metal loaf tin and press it down into the tin using your fingertips.<br /> 5. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from the oven.<br /> 6. Let the brownie cool in the tin before removing.
