Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
2 cups fresh strawberries, cut in half
3 tbsp fresh spearmint for the smoothie and some extra for garnish
1 1/2 cups coconut water
1/2 avocado
1 pitted date (optional)
A few ice cubes
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Garnish with spearmint. Best enjoyed in the morning!
