Chocolate Infinity Pie




Ingredients for the crust:

1 cup pitted dates
1/3 cup walnuts
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup almonds
1/3 cup cacao powder, unsweetened

Ingredients for the filling:

1 1/3 cups chocolate chips, melted
2 tbsp almond milk
2 tsp cacao powder
112.3 oz package silken tofu
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt

Method:

1. To make the crust, prepare the 8 1/2 inch springform pan, add a parchment paper. Combine all ingredients with 1 tbsp. of water and add them all in a food processor. Process till fine, press it into the pan. Keep in refrigerator, freeze it for at least 4 hours.

2. For the filling, add all ingredients in food processor or a blender will do as well. Combine till smooth. Pour into the crust. Refrigerate to set for atleast 6 hours and enjoy after.
