Celebrating this Memorial Day Weekend? Sharing with you a healthy cookie recipe you can prepare and share with family and friends!
Ingredients:
1 cup gluten-free oat flour
5 tbsp of stevia powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp of squeezed lemon
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Directions:
1. Preheat and prepare over to 350 F
2. Mix all of your dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add in the wet ingredients and combine well.
4. Prepare your cookie sheets, using a spoon or using your hands, form the dough into 1-2 inch balls then flatten the cookies in the baking sheet.
5. Bake them at for 10-12 minutes... then share and enjoy!
