FLOURLESS PROTEIN BROWNIE MUFFINS
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mashed banana or sweet potato
- 1/2 cup almond nut butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1-2 scoops of chocolate Shakeology
- sweetener of choice (optional)
Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 F and prepare your muffin tins, greased or lined with muffin liners.
2. Mix all ingredients till very smooth.
3. Bake for 13-15 minutes or test it using the toothpick method ;) Allow to cool then refrigerate for an hour before consuming.
