Ingredients for dipping sauce
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup water
juice from 1/2 lime
1 tbsp coco aminos
1 small garlic
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
Ingredients for Rainbow Wraps
Purple and green savoy cabbage for wrapping
Yellow and red bell peppers, thinly sliced
Tomatoes, thinly sliced
Carrots, thinly sliced
Asparagus
Purple cabbage, shredded
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and simmer over low-medium heat.
For the cabbage, blanch it for a minute in boiling water then run them in cold water after.
Prepare by layering the cabbage leaves then adding the veggies on top of it then roll it. Secure it by adding toothpicks. Serve ang enjoy.
