This recipe will only take you 5 minutes to prepare! Perfect for the weekend if you want to chill and relax.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp of chopped walnuts
1 tbsp salted butter
2 apples
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup hard apple cider
Instructions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat at 375 F
2. Core the apples and add them in the baking dish.
3. Pour the apple cider over the apples and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon on top.
4. Add in the walnuts at the center and top with some butter.
5. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
6. Serve in bowls and enjoy!
