Mermaid Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
1/2 tsp raw spirulina powder
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process till blended well and liquid in texture. Taste it according to your liking. Pour it into a bowl and serve with toppings like berries, mixed seeds!
