Clean Eating Vegan Strawberry Mousse




This recipe is so easy to make with just 3 ingredients. You can get this ready in less than 10 minutes. This doesn't have any dairy in it at all. This is vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free -perfect for summer!

Ingredients:

1 can organic full-fat coconut milk
Chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons of Stevia or sweetener of choice.

Instructions:

1. Make sure you have your organic full-fat coconut milk 12-24 hours in the refrigerator before making this recipe.
2. Once it has been refrigerated, remove the can from the refrigerator and open it. Scoop out the hardened part of the coconut milk.
3. Add the coconut fat with the sweeter and strawberries to a mixer and mix on high speed until it turns flurry and thigh enough to a peak. Transfer to a bowl, add toppings of choice like more strawberries or coconut flakes!
4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
