Avocado Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
3/4 cup avocado flesh
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
50 grams dark chocolate chunks
1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175 Celsius
Mix in a bowl avocado, coconut sugar until smooth then add in the egg.
Then add in the cocoa powder and baking soda. Make sure it is well blended.
Add in chocolate chunks.
Scoop a dollar of the cookie dough in a baking sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. These cookies won’t come out like regular cookies, it will be gooey and moist.
Cool down. Serve. Enjoy.
