Clean Eating Frozen Yogurt Fruitbark
Ingredients:
2 cups plain Greek, or coconut yogurt
1 Tbsp all vanilla extract
2 Tbsps maple syrup
6 fresh strawberries, diced
1/2 dragon fruit, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 kiwi, peeled and diced
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
Instructions:
1. Prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix yogurt, maple syrup and pure vanilla extract until it's well mixed.
3. Pour it on the baking sheet prepared
4. Chop the fruits into small sizes and spread if over the top of the yogurt mix.
5. Freeze overnight or 3-4 hours.
6. When serving, remove from the freezer 3-5 minutes before serving and chop into barks! Yum yum!
This is a fun way to do with your kids too!
