No Bake Almond Balls
Almond balls, just the perfect go to dessert when you're craving. Plus this recipe is Gluten free, grain gree, vegetarian and vegan - need I say more?
Almond butter is the perfect to use as it gives you the right natural energy that you need for your day to day activities!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 cup dairy free white chocolate chips or dessicated coconut (whichever is preferred)
Method:
1. Mix together almond butter, coconut flour and maple syrup.
2. Once properly combined, scoop out batter, around an inch and form into a ball. You may have your kids join in the fun if you don't mind some mess.
3. You may now dip each of the balls in melted white chocolate chips OR i also prefer rolling them in dessicated coconut.
4. If you're doing the white chocolate, refrigerate the balls first for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy.
