Raw Pumpkin Chia Pudding
Who would have thought that chia and pumpkin would go well together? Added with banana.. it's a creamy perfection! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 c pumpkin puree
1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
1 c water
1 t cinnamon
2 t local raw honey or agave nectar
1/4 t ground ginger
pinch of all spice
pinch of ground cloves
pinch of salt
Procedure:
1. Prep all ingredients. Remove the banana from the freezer and let it sit first for a few minutes to defroze so it's easier to blend.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or if you prefer the food processor.
3. Churn till it gets creamy like a pudding mixture!
4. Add in to your fave glass or bowl then enjoy ;) Again you may also top it with nuts, chocolate chips, almonds..or shredded coconut.
