Clean Eating Cookie Dough




Do you love cookie dough too? Here's one a cookie dough recipe that's clean and you'll truly enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/2 c gluten free quick cooking oats
1/4 c natural almond butter or if you prefer peanut butter
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 squares of dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips, I prefer dark chocolate chips
1 Tbsp honey or agave nectar or any sweetener your prefer like Stevia
1/4 c egg whites (make sure you use the 100% egg whites, pasteurized)
1 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Procedure:

1. Once you got all the ingredients ready, get your blender or processor out. Add in all ingredients and blend! That easy ;)
2. Now, get your baking pan with parchment paper. Form the dough into balls, you may use a small ice cream scoop for this.
3. The third step is always the hardest - pop in the freezer and wait for 1-2 hours! Then enjoy :)
