Banana Nut Butter Ice Cream



This is a dessert and snack in one. Contains only 2 (yes, 2!!!) frozen bananas and peanut butter that will make your clean eating lifestyle sooo easy. 

INGREDIENTS

2 bananas (frozen)
1 tablespoon natural creamy peanut butter or almond butter

DIRECTIONS

If you're going to make this vegan recipe, make sure you freeze the bananas overnight or at least 2 hours. Make sure to peel the bananas, slice them and place on a dish or a ziplock bag.
When it's time to make them, remove from freezer and leave on the counter for at least a few minutes. Then place the bananas in a blender or processor with the almond butter or peanut butter. Blend well. Top with nuts, almonds or fruits of your choice! Perfect vegan dessert. Yum-o!!
