Watermelon Strawberry Sorbet
Sorbet with no added sugar? Oh, yes!! This sorbet is perfect for the hot season!! It stays quite long in the freezer too. Yum!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Cold water
- 5 cups Seedless watermelon, cut into chunks then frozen
- 1 1/4 cup Frozen strawberries
- drops of Stevia or some agave nectar
- 2 tbs Lemon juice (or according to taste)
How To:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Don't forget to scrape the sides of the blender to fully blend ingredients well.
Place in your fave container OR you may place in a Tupperware and freeze till you are ready to devour it!! Yum!!
