Greek Yogurt with Oranges and Mint
Are you looking for light snack or a replacement for dessert? This delicate clean eating recipe will surely satisfy that palate. The oranges and Greek yogurt boost immunity and gut health, while agave nectar sweetens the deal. Yum!
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons agave (or honey if you like)
1 large orange, peeled, quartered and sliced crosswise (fancy!)
4 fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
How to do it:
Stir together the yogurt and agave.
Spoon yogurt mixture over the orange slices.
Sprinkle with mint on top. fancy!
