Clean Eating Black Forest Banana Split
Banana + chocolates creates the perfect weekend dessert clean eating recipe - Black Forest Banana Split! This high protein recipe is surely satisfying, healthy and uber delicious and will surely complete your weekend. Try it out ;)
What you need:
1 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
1 banana, split lengthwise
8 walnut halves (or more if you like!)
unsweetened cocoa powder
cherries or berries
What you need to do:
1. Spoon the nonfat ricotta cheese in a dessert plate or dish OR place it in a piping bag, pipe it in the middle of a dessert dish.
2. Place the banana at the sides of the cheese.
3. Sprinkle the walnuts on top. Sprinkle the cocoa powder (the amount depends on how you like it)
4. Top with cherries or berries of your choice!
