Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Chocolate + Avocado - bizarre? Not really! Combining Sweet and Savory is getting quite popular these days. You will be amazed at how awesome it is AND how nutrition rich it is! It is a match made in healthy heaven. This clean eating dessert recipe is ideal for breakfast (yes!!!), snack or dessert.
Ingredients:
1 large avocado
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut cream
2 tbs rice malt syrup or honey or any sweetener that you prefer
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
berries, nuts, coconuts for toppings
What to do:
1. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl, blend with a hand held blender or you if you don't have one, just add it all in a blender until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
2. Taste it and add more sweetener according to your taste.
3. Add in your favorite topping such as berries, nuts or coconuts!
