Oatmeal Power Bowl
Looking for healthy ideas? This super bowl is super packed with amazing ingredients like oats, chia seeds, bananas, cinnamon, almond milk, nuts and seeds! This is a delicious way to give your body a boost in the morning so you'll be ready to face your day. This is a two way win for you - delicious at the same time ultra good for you! This is definitely a super oatmeal power bowl that's very easy to make.
What you need:
1 ripe banana, mashed (the more ripe/spotty the better!)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
heaping 1/3 cups rolled oats (use certified gluten free!)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup water
For garnish: soaked almond, pepita seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon, toasted coconut, nut butter, spices (cinnamon, ginger, allspice)
The preparation only requires few of you precious minutes. Just combine banana,almond milk and oats the night before for a creamier, smoother texture! In the morning just open the container and add the rest of the ingredients and voila! You'll have a hearty, oatmeal power bowl :)
