Egg and Tomato Salad
Love egg salads but not the mayo that comes with it? This clean eating recipe will surely be the right fit for you! It's packed with the right flavors minus the mayo.
This clean eating, healthy recipe is very simple, easy to put together salad that quickly comes together and surely you will love it.
What you need:
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar (or to taste!)
Salt to taste
Chopped fresh basil to taste
What to do:
Just prep the ingredients.
Toss it together and then serve! :)
All in just under 10 minutes!
