4 oz cooked chicken breasts cut up
10 cashews
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp curry powder
celery (optional)
salt to taste
6-8 lettuce leaves (romaine or butter crunch work well)
Directions: Mix yogurt and curry powder, add chicken, celery, cashews and salt. Place 1/8 cup of mixture into lettuce leaf.
