Oats, Raspberry, and Almond Parfait

I tried this recipe from Muscle and Fitness hers the other day as my mid morning snack! It was so delicious that I wanted to share it with you! It packs a powerful punch of protein (25 grams) and fiber (11 grams)!! Plus the almonds have a stellar source of heart healthy fat.

Ingrediants:
1/2 cup of old-fashion oats, uncooked
6 ounces of plain greek yogurt
1 cup of mixed berries
2 tbsp. of silver almonds

In a tall glass, layer oats, yogurt, and mixed berries. Top with more berries and almonds.

Easy yet satisfying!
